Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Rogers Can Cleaners' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Service Description
Rogers Can Cleaners provides professional trash can cleaning services in Northwest Arkansas. Our services include:
- Monthly cleaning services
- One-time cleaning services
- High-pressure washing and sanitization
- Commercial deodorizer application (optional)
Service Area
We currently serve Rogers, Bentonville, Springdale, Lowell, and surrounding areas in Northwest Arkansas. Service availability may vary by location.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing: Our standard pricing includes cleaning for up to 2 trash cans. Additional cans are charged at $10 per can. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payment: Payment is processed through our secure payment processor. All services are paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Service Cancellation: To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Refunds: Refunds are provided only if we fail to complete the scheduled service or if you are unsatisfied with our work. Contact us within 48 hours of service to request a refund or re-service.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate service address and contact information
- Ensure trash cans are emptied and placed in an accessible location
- Inform us of any gate codes, locked areas, or special access requirements
- Notify us of any pets or hazards that may affect service delivery
Service Scheduling
We schedule services based on your trash pickup day. Services are typically performed on the same day or the day after your regular trash collection. Weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may require rescheduling.
Limitation of Liability
Rogers Can Cleaners shall not be liable for:
- Damage to trash cans that are in poor condition or structurally unsound
- Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond our control
- Loss or damage to property not directly caused by our negligence
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will re-service your cans at no additional charge or provide a refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Rogers Can Cleaners and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Rogers Can Cleaners harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms and Conditions or your use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
